2011 - My favourite Spring Trends
Yesterday, I received the H&M Spring Catalogue! I really can't wait untill this winter is over (although I do not hate winter)! I saw cute dresses, tops, skirts and bikinis! I just love summer!

My double-date last night was a complete disaster, as our dates didn't show up (they didn't have any money^^)! Bummer! I decided to stay the night with my friend! A lot of gossip, tea and one movie later, we went to bed. When we woke up this morning, we devised to go shopping and went to Rotterdam.
And off course I had to buy something, I love SALE!
I bought this cute little black high-waisted skirt (I have already four of them in my closet... Oops!) and now I'm broke... But I'm not panicking, in two days, I'll get pocket money ^^

I'm a bit nervous this morning, as I'm going on a double-date tonight! A friend of mine asked me to come along, yesterday. I was in a crazy mood and I said yes! '

Boxing Day
Did you opened your Christmas gifts yet? I received them all yersterday! I'm spoiled!
Unfortunately, my sister is a bit ill today, so instead of going to a restaurant, we're getting a Chinese takeaway, that's another way to celebrate Boxing Day ^^
As Christmas is (almost) over, everybody's making plans for NYE! Are you going to party? Or do you prefer sitting on a bench along with some friends? Make sure you have fun!

Christmas Songs
I really like the last days of the years, though there's one annoyance: christmas songs on the radio!
I just can't stand it, hearing all those songs everyday and every hour! I like them all, separately, but I just hate it, when I hear christmas songs on every radio station!
I sound quite depressed! ^^ (don't worry, I'm not!)
To be honest, I'm very nervous for tomorrow's party! Maybe it's because I assisted with organising the feast...

Party Preparation
If you want to have a nice evening/night/morning/afternoon (Let's party 24/7 ^^), is a good preparation very important! If you want to look good all night, you should definitely spend some time on your hair and make-up!
A good foundation is a good way to start doing your make up. I always like to keep it simple, I add a little bit of mascara and I'm finished. I like to keep it this simple, as I don't want to spend the whole evening in front of a mirror to check out my face!
I'm also a bit lazy if it's about doing my hair. Most of the time, I'm not doing anything special with it... Maybe I put a rose in it, or I make a cute braid...

Be inspired!
A while ago, I've posted a blog about moodboards. Here's part II!
To create your own style, you should imagine, what sort of look you would like to create. That should be a look that suits you completely. So, ask yourself: what kind of girl am I?
Are you a very sweet girl, or a bit more edgy? Are you sporty or nerdy?
Your clothes tell who you are but most important, they must make you feel comfortable!
For instance:
I'm a sweet girl (I hope my friends agree ^^) who's also a bit nerdy. I like to cook, to read, to play tennis, but I can also be a bit rough... I try to combine these things everyday! I wear a sweet high-waisted skirt and I put Redwings on. Or I wear a studded top and put a belt with a red bow on...
It's the great thing about fashion: nothing is impossible!
I hope you'll be inspired by these pictures!

Snow
Yeah! Weekend!
How was your day at school? Mine was great! As there was a thick layer of snow, we where allowed to go home after our fourth class!
Outside, it looks georgeous and white! I want a White Christmas! ^^
Do you have a Christmas ball or do you something else to celebrate Christmas? I'm having a party! I've got a pair of killer heels and a little black dress, I can't wait to party!
Though I really like the snow, it has it's downsides too. A friend of mine turned 17 today, but, because of the snow, there were traffic jams everywhere and half of his family didn't turn up! What a pity!
But, I have to go! I'm sorry! I'm going outside to enjoy the lovely weather!

Aaaaaargh! School sucks! In a few days, I'll get a test about Beowulf and the Canterbury Tales...
What's the use of it? And teachers, they're so nice, giving us homework everyday! Don't they ever think of the idea, we might have a life next too our life at school?
Some people say, this is the time of our lives! And maybe, in 20 years we will finally realise it, if we have an even bigger amount of work to do ^^
I actually forgot to ask, I'm sorry!
So... how was your day?

Saturday Night Fever
I had a lot of fun last night! How about you? Enjoyed yourself?
I've almost finished my homework, gee, it was way too much!
There's one problem with an ordinary sunday, it's too short!
If you had a very nice party on a saturday evening, then you're not woken up before 10 in the morning (at least, normal people do ^^) When you're finally getting up, you have breakfast at 11. After that, you finally start to realise what happened last night (or try to explain why you got home, two hours too late). You take a shower and you're back alive, at least. Once you're at this stage, you begin to think about homework and immediately freak out, as you've got tons of things to do, for monday (I don't say a thing about the rest of the week). So you start to work like a nerd and before you know it, it's 17.15 and you're writing your blog of the day ^^

How are you today? I just finished my homework and I will have my supper soon! And after that, I'm going to watch some television and eat some chocolates ^^
But right now, it's time for more important stuff! Like ... Santa Claus!
As yesterday was the 5th of december, Santa Claus has taken over Holland! Christmas trees and presents are being bought and in every shop you can find anything that something has to do with Christmas. Et je l'adore!
Also, there's still some snow that hasn't melted yet, and the wheater forecast predicts more snow!
Unfortunately, I still don't know what I would like to find underneath my Christmas tree, so I just keep on asking: has anyone got some ideas?! What would you like to find underneath your Christmas tree?

Shoplog - Primark
OMG, why is shopping so much fun? Why do I love Primark? Why do I have so little money?

I do know that I had a great day ^^ Going to Primark is having a lot of fun! I bought two pair of earrings, a 'two-finger'- ring, a cardigan, a basic T-shirt, a pair of thights and an incredible nice red bag! I wish I had more money as I saw a lot of other nice things! Why can't I have it all?
And there's another disappointment: this weekend is almost finished, again! Tomorrow, school starts again... I have got another three weeks school before the Christmas holidays start! And I have to make a Christmas-wishlist, some suggestions anyone??

Winter Wonderland
Good gracious! Winter has officially started! My world has turned into a white, frosty area!
Gloves and a hat are truly needed to survive the cold, although it has not been any colder than three degrees below zero! We're wimps! ^ ^
Though I don't really love winter, I don't completely hate it either, as you can think of a lot of fun things to do, like:

You buy a lot of fashion magazines (always fun)or seek on the internet, cut out all the clothes, outfits and ads you like. You paste all the things you've cut out on a paper and put in anywhere near your wardrobe.

Shoplog
At first, I must admit, I didn't invent the idea of 'the shoplog', a blog in which you tell about all the things you've bought, but I really like the concept of a shoplog.
Past this opening, you can imagine I've bought something ^^
I've been to a cosmetics store today, where you can find MNY, Maybelline New York's sweet little sister. And sweet she is! Cheap colorfulmake-up and an excellent quality! I've bought a nude and navy nail-polish, but MNY also offers lipgloss, eyeshadow and other products.

I've been to a cosmetics store today, where you can find MNY, Maybelline New York's sweet little sister. And sweet she is! Cheap colorfulmake-up and an excellent quality! I've bought a nude and navy nail-polish, but MNY also offers lipgloss, eyeshadow and other products.

By the way, my chocolate cake tastes delicious! Maybe I'll post the recipe soon!

December - Party Month
I guess you can say that I really love the last month's of the year! You can find party collection's in stores, drink hot chocolate, have a Christmas dinner, party's and celebrate NYE. Off course, you need a georgeous dress, but accesoirees are really important too! I would like to show you some beautiful party accessoirees, which I really would love to buy, and maybe will buy ^^

MAMAS Gun
This summer, I went to a festival and I've spotted this crazy band, Mamas Gun.
They make funky music and most members of the band are a bit weird...
So it's really fun to watch them perform.
Tonight they'll perform in Rotown, Rotterdam, and I'm going to see them! ^^

Today, I've put together my winter wishlist. Every month, I receive some money from my parents, that I have to use to buy my clothes. So, I really have to learn to deal with an amount of money. To make it easier for myself, I browse the web for clothes I really like (and need) and then buy them, if they fit in my budget ^^

Lanvin pour H&M II
And it's almost late again! I'v just eaten and done my homework. In a few minutes I'm going to train, but I just wanted to post something ^ ^
I was wondering if anyone managed it, to buy something from the 'Lanvin loves H&M' collection. I've just checked out the online shop and I really like it! Especially that one shirt, which has something ruffle-like in the neck. Check it out below!

My Style
Well, as it is m first post, I'll tell you something about my personal style.
I really like high-waisted skirts, dresses, cardigans and high heels. The accessoiries I wear are mostly long chains with funny details, earrings and scarves.
I describe my style as sweet, girly and sometimes a bit granny-like. I'm also inspired by the 'french parisien style', which is simple but very stylish. I adore the style of Alexa Chung.
I think her style is very sweet but yet cool and modern.
Also, I check out a lot of japanese harajuku/kawaii sites to get some inspiration or even order some clothes! The harajuku district in Tokyo is one of the places I'd really like to visit, just like NY and Londen. Well, I ought this to be enough for tonight!
